A super simple pattern to follow to create a grid jumper - make it whatever size, length, sleeve length you desire. I had a big ball of leftover DK yarn, which I used for the version pictured.
This jumper starts as a circle of foundation double crochet, which will fit over your head. You then work it to create a square, working until one side is half your chest or hip measurement, you fold over to complete the body. The arms are worked directly around the arm holes or keep it as a tank top!
This pattern is designed so that you crochet it to your measurements or the measurements of the jumper recipient and use whatever yarn and hook you have.
This is a step by step pattern and includes pictures and a guide on how to TR Triple Crochet (US Term) and FDC Foundation Double Crochet.
