The small independent business, which is known for their award-winning handmade Scotch Eggs, set up the #helptheheroes campaign to give back to the amazing NHS staff. Several independent food businesses across Cardiff and Newport have come together to provide weekly food-based care packages with goods from each business involved. The food packages are delivered to a different hospital in Cardiff, Vale and Newport every week. You can support the campaign and your local businesses by donating here. If you are interested in literature, you should not miss out on Hay Festival! Although you cannot physically attend this year, the literary event will now be taking place online and is free! It will be broadcasted from the 18th until the 31st of May. Writers, historians, activists, policy makers and stars including Margaret Atwood, Benedict Cumberbatch and Helena Bonham are going to be part of the festival.
